Hi, Connectic15 upload 103+309(11_240821_INVT) firmware for 16s48v200A BMS in Diysolar forum https://diysolarforum.com/reso…3-309-11_240821_invt.476/
I updated both of my BMSs and It seems it's running fine, could not notice any difference.
Cheers,

karlo62 - great it worked and I learnd that is better to do it though usb than via bluetooth.
Tom read somewhere i don't remember where that the devices who are not shipped with the wifi dongle are likely to not be compatible with it. Anyway, I am happy with an ESP32 and esphome to publish the data on MQTT and homeassistant. Pehpaps would guess it is better than the wifi dongle.
Hi, sorry for the English but i do not speak German. I did the same mistake recently and was able to recover by using an RS485 adapter connected to the PC and DalyBMSmonitor v.2.2.1 (although i think it works with newer ones).
The device i was able to do is a 16s48V200A so i'm not sure if it is the same firmware. Once you get a rs485 adapter (hope your device has the connection port) Try to flash from the app and it should work. If not, pehaps it does work with RS232 also on the serial port. I think is worth the try. I was almost giving up and was able to bring it from the dead !
Hi - sorry for the answer in english, but i do not speak German.
I'm not sure why limiting the cell voltage didn't work, but still perhaps is not the best of the ideas as i am not sure if setting a voltage threshold would be correctly translated to a given SOC ( voltage variation vs SOC is pretty small).
I do something similar, but it is a complex setup. The building blocks you'll need are:
- Growatt inverter (compatible with below) SPF and SPH models are.
- Growatt wifi stick
- Linux box ![]()
- Grott
- Home assistant
- And/or
- Linux box ![]()
- an ESP32 with Esphome fw. ( connected to Daly via DIY serial data cable)
- Home Assistant
if you have that, you'll be able to configure automation in home assistant to either disable Daly BMS charge MOS when SOC hits the limit or change the inverter mode to prevent the same. But I am not sure if possible to avoid MPPT charge at all from inverter under any of its modes. Therefore playing with Daly MOS is the best option I'd recommend.
